I'm Preggers!

After a little trial and error, we feel extremely blessed to annouce that we are expecting another studly guy coming January 15th. I got the news on the evening of May 12th, while Jon was at school. Tag and I made this block creation to tell him. We could harldy believe it and fully believe in miracles because of it.

My July Guy

We LOVE July!! A fabulous holiday, my sweetheart's birthday, great bbqs, swimming, camping, and everything else the warm months offer. Here's a glimpse of how ours was this year:

Beautiful Boys.

Clearfield Parade.
The one time it's okay to play in the street.

Hugs from Grandma Bush.

Since the 4th celebrations ended up on the 3rd this year,
we celebrated Jon's birthday at our family BBQ.

Happy 26th Birthday!

South Ogden Splash Park.

One Sunday, we took a trip up the canyon
for a picnic dinner with my parents. It was so much fun and
didn't require all the work of camping.
Look at me and my cool photography effect!

Grandma Abel and Tag soaking their feet.

Jayde and Savana came to play and
we made homemade pizza for lunch.

...and delicious cupcakes.

One nice summer evening, Grandpa and Grandma Abel came over
and walked down the River Parkway to Farr's and treated us with
ice cream.
Other happenings in July was a rockin' road trip to St. George with our neighbors and buddies, The Danners. Sadly, I didn't even get any pics, but we really enjoyed hanging out in their condo and swimming.

In November We...

Smiled for the camera

Accidentally took pictures that make us look like

professional photographers.

Made a cake for one super cute niece.

Got a McDonald's toy which we fully believe holds

the replica of Daddy inside.

Took advantage of last plays at the park before

hibernation.

Gazed at the beautiful leaves.

And attended our first basketball camp.

Two Little Additions.

These two darlings entered the family this year. I want to eat them up every time I see them. Need I say more?

Britain boy is our studly little miracle baby.
Katie & Eric welcomed him 3 months early
on February 18th (his Uncle Daniel's birthday).
He stayed in the NICU for a bit to grow
and came out a healthy little chub.
This pic was taken in May soon after
he was released. He is now
the smiliest boy you'll ever see.
Cute Jakara was born on May 21st to
Jake and Karaline.
Doesn't she have the best head of hair?
She was one of the prettiest newborns
I've ever seen.
She loves for her Aunt Melissa to
hold her, but gets a sad lip quiver
and begins to cry if Uncle Jonathan gets
too close. He thinks it's adorable,
so he trys relentlessly to hold her.

Hiking , Naked People, & Camping It Up.

Despite the fact that Tag is giant, we still packed him in like a babes and did some hiking this summer. Here are some shots from Wheeler Creek, up Ogden Canyon.

Funny story about this hike: we followed a little trail off the main hike down to a pooled area of the river. I was considering to take my shoes off and wade in when middle-aged, granola, male and female bikers pulled up behind us. The guy asked if I was going to take a dip, and I said I was thinking about it. He said, "Oh good, us too." We then laughed and moved out of the way just a few feet away to sit on some rocks. A few moments later I look over to see them both stripping down to their nothings....NOTHINGS! I say to Jon, "don't look, that lady is naked," of course, he immediately looks over. His comment, "They must be naked in the sun a lot, they don't have any tan lines. We quickly packed up our 2 yr. old and moved on up the trail. Really!! It felt like we were in some weird European country or something where we were the odd ones for not being comfortable with it.

After much convincing, I got Jon to agree to an overnight camp at his family reunion up Ogden Canyon. I can't blame him for the resistance; since having Tag, hanging out in a tent freezing our keisters off and trying to force our kid to sleep has not been super enjoyable. I was just sure this year Tag would be better and be stoked at the idea of making his own special bed away from home. Luckily, he was! He slept the entire night on his own bed with his special blankies and Bobo the bear.

The horrendously dangerous toys by our
camp enjoyed be all the children.

My June Boy.

Pictures of the cute boy I love from June at 2.4 years old.

Summer Lovin with ice cream.

Uncle Brock graduated high school!
This is where it would be appropriate to have a picture of
Brock in his cap and gown, oddly, I don't have one, so enjoy more
cute pics of Tag.

When I Grow Up I'm going to Be an Accountant.

I know my husband well enough to know that his real answer was NBA All-Star, but when that fell through, he sure did pick up the pieces and make some magic happen!

This was a HUGE event for our family, as I'm sure it is for many. My dear husband has made huge sacrifices of time and energy away from his family as he plowed through school. And by plowed, I mean it! He graduated with his bachelor's degree in Accounting just last Spring 2009, was admitted into the Master's program, and completed it in just 3 semesters all while working full time . If it sounds like I'm bragging, it's because I am:) Of course, we would be foolish not to recognize the major blessing we have received during this challenging time. Jon has rarely suffered from even minor sickness, even on a constant lack of sleep. He somehow came up with the energy each week to complete the numerous tasks. We have strongly felt Heavenly Father's hand guiding our lives and major decisions like these.

It was a very special experience to have not only President Monson speak at the Commencement Exercises, but also President Eyring and Uchtdorf were there. President Monson talked about the ABCs of life:
A for Attitude: 10% is what happens to us in life, 90% is how one reacts.
B for Belief: You can achieve what you believe you can
C for Courage: You can gain strength by looking fear in the face.

We celebrated with lunch at Ruby River. It was so nice
to have both of our parents with us that day.
Taggart did not get that privilege and instead stayed home
with Uncle Daniel.

Thanks for all your hardwork and determination Sweetie!

We are so proud and so excited to see more of you!

On to the dreaded CPA exams.....

Just the three of us...
